Normally my go to place for netbooks is Amazon, but in this case the model in question is still noted as a pre-order only and not shipping until January 15, 2010. That means its time for the always capable alternative of Newegg, which not only have the Asus Eee PC 1201N listed, they have it ready to ship.
And for those unfamiliar, lets recap the specs on the Eee PC 1201N. To begin with, it has a 12.1-inch display with a 1366 x 768 resolution, a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N330 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive and is running Windows 7 Home Premium. Additionally, the 1201N is also sporting a built-in webcam, built-in card reader, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, VGA out, 3 USB ports and carries a weight of 3.21 pounds.
Price wise, expect to pay $499.99, but that is coupled with free shipping.
