Some days, it seems that every netbook model has the same specs, and we are limited to talking about the location of the right shift key to differentiate them. Once in a while something comes along a little different, uh, make that a litl different.
I’ve been up and down the litl website twice at this point, and am still unsure of all the particulars. What we do know is that there is a netbook style device with an N270 Intel Atom processor. Add in a graphics accelerator, 1 GB of RAM, 2 gigs of flash storage all in a 3 pound package. There are also WiFi, and USB ports, as well as HDMI out. It is unclear what the exact OS is, but it is definitely not Windows, and likely some custom Linux version.
The litl is notable that the display can flip around so it can go into an easel mode. However, what is not clear is that if this is all done over WiFi, or if there is some 3G connection. There should be 3G included, otherwise, the $699 pricetag makes no sense. Even with lifetime service they are still pushing it.
