Stuff Magazine offers a Stuff Gadget Awards listing each year which covers the best of consumer technology and this year was not any different. However there a little bit of exciting news for netbook fans — the Eee PC, or more specifically, the Eee PC 1005HA Seashell was awarded the “Computer of the Year.”
Other tidbits that may be of interest to netbook fans is that the HTC Hero was awarded the best gadget of 2009 with the iPhone 3GS taking the phone of the year award.
Interesting to say the least, it seems netbooks are becoming more and more mainstream. You can find them for sale online and in just about any big-box retailer, not to mention you will be able to find one being used in just about every coffee shop you visit.
