With the global economy in the dumps experiencing a slowdown, Dell must be wondering why they brought out a new top end line of notebooks under the Adamo name. I’m not sure they are selling like hotcakes, but it would make sense to cheapen them up a tad bit to move them out the door.
The current Adamo notebook is a 13″ one, and it goes for a cool two grand. Now, it is spotted that there is an Adamo 9 in the works. It doesn’t exactly take higher math to figure out that it will feature a 9″ screen. I just hope that it will be priced more competitively. What the world doesn’t need is a netbook for a grand. I’m also wondering why Dell would do a 9 inch screen when most manufacturers are transitioning to 10 inch models.
