Little Bargains Begin On Acer Netbook

Netbooks have grown into the 10″ size which seems to be the most popular size these days.  However, in reality, this is a bit of a new development.  Last year, the mainstream models were an inch smaller at 8.9″ LCD’s.  This leaves a stock of smaller screened netbooks that need to find a home.

These are hardly obsolete as they feature the same processor and 1 gig of RAM as their slightly better endowed brethren.  For the bargain hunter, by compromising on the screen size, the bargains will be found.  One example is the Acer Aspire One A110-1588.  While most of us don’t get too thrilled about the Linpus Linux Lite OS, or 16 gigs of flash for a hard drive, this makes a lot more sense when the pricetag is down to a mere $239. Those looking for a second (or third) mobile computer will find this deal hard to beat.  After all, with the money saved, they can put it towards their next netbook…
