HP has had success in the netbook market up until this point. As all of these netbooks look pretty much the same using the cookie cutter Atom processor, 160 gig hard drive, 1 gig RAM, etc. Manufacturers are looking to set themselves apart from the pack. While HP is coming out with a new Mini-note model, the 2140 next month, they have the next model planned soon. Its successor is the 2150 which will add a built in 3G modem. I would expect to see it offered in conjunction with a wireless carrier to avoid the USB modem which streamlines it, and avoids one more doodad to lose.
